Yes to both, though not full lists - both have been notifying people for travel-planning purposes, and DC has included specific firm info.

Through job fairs? For the NYC fair I haven't heard anything from firms directly, just an email from career services saying you've got interviews, get a flight and a place to stay.

fyi plenty of people get their jobs through these programs and at worst its good legal interviewing experience
