wachtell salaries are as follows
1: 185 * 2 = 370
2: 195 * 2 = 390
3: 230 * 2 = 460
4: 260 * 2 = 520
5 295 * 2 = 590
6: 325 * 2 = 650
Approximately.

The big jump between years 2 & 3 suggests that that's where the need for retention is greatest.
