I interviewed with AFMLS. No status change.

Best of luck to both of you! No change yet. Interviewed with AFMLS as well.

Deana just replied to someone asking if she would post updates when finalist postings are completed for each division:

"To the extent I can provide updates, I will. They are coming in piecemeal and until each hiring office confirms they have completed their process, I am not at liberty to post updates."

Ugh now I'm kind of wishing I hadn't withdrawn so that I could see if I made it.

the rest of us are glad you didn't stay in (and potentially take up an offer spot) just to see if you made it......

My finalist components periodically disappear too. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Anon from yesterday that reported offer from CRM - my status as of this morning says 'Offer Accepted' so I never got a Finalist designation or it changed very quickly. Good luck everyone!

I know, even worse is that at least one of my references haven't been called (my Judge) because I would have known about it.

Ugh I know I am in the same situation I had two of my judges on my application as a reference and they have not been contacted. What component did you interview for if you do not mind saying?

I was designated as a finalist for EOIR-OCIJ yesterday. I spoke with all of my references today--none of them have been contacted.

I was designated a finalist for OCIJ yesterday, and it wasn't until yesterday that my references (or at least one of them, who works for DOJ) were contacted.

Comm Lit is checking references. Fun fact: they called my current judge, whom I did not list as a reference (because I submitted my application shortly before I started this clerkship). So some offices apparently call employers not also listed as references. which is to be expected I suppose, but just FYI

nope, and they haven't contacted the actual references I listed yet. I have been designated a finalist for other CIV divisions, though. they're all on very different schedules apparently

Comm Lit checked my references about two weeks ago. And I also heard that they're calling employers today.

nope. OIL-DC got removed from my screen once I got selected as a finalist by other components. not sure if OIL-DC has moved the process along yet or we just aren't chosen haha.

Is there a general rule for odds after being named a finalist for EOIR that isn't OCIJ? Is this a stupid question? Don't worry you guys can tell me.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
