Hey TLS-
Thinking of applying for positions in the NYAG office. Catch: I live in Connecticut with my family (my husband has a job in the state; kids well established in their schools; etc.). I live not far from Metro North, so commuting wouldn't be a big deal, but the in-state residency requirement would be. I know that some N.Y.S. offices occasionally waive in-state requirements or have a formal program for doing so. Anybody know if the AG's office does the same for non-supervisory attorney positions, or am I outta luck?
