Does anyone have a sense of how feasible it is to go from clerking on CA3 to Wachtell if you didn't summer there (assuming the requisite grades + school combo)?
Do they recruit/solicit Third Circuit clerks or just CA2/9/DC?

They at least sent a recruiting letter to my CA3 chambers. If you have the requisite grades + school, you should be competitive. A quick perusal of their associates shows some former CA3 clerks.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone have a sense of how feasible it is to go from clerking on CA3 to Wachtell if you didn't summer there (assuming the requisite grades + school combo)?

Thanks that's good to know. Do they have a clerk reception or anything? Or is it sort of just a "send our HR person an email"?
