SSA Adviser Attorney exit options

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Mar 29, 2017 6:31 pm

What are exit options for an adviser attorney who's working for SSA?

Seems like it's mostly writing opinions. How transferable are these skills if you want to go in-house or to a law firm?

Is it feasible to go to another government position?

Based on what I've heard, the ALJs make the determination and the attorneys write it

Anyway, anyone know what these positions can lead to other than staying at the SSA or becoming an ALJ?
