What salary can I expect for this in-house position?
I'm in NYC and I've been interviewing for a position with the GC's office of a foreign bank's US branch. The bank is the largest in its home country but its US activities are smaller, focusing on commercial and private banking (~$200mm revenue in US). The office is around 10-15 attorneys right now but growing, and it sounds like I'll do a lot of everything and work closely with the GC. Google hasn't been too useful and the Robert Half guide is giving me $140-190k for my range of experience (2-3 yrs) and location which, while awesome, seems high. What do you guys think?

I'd say the lower end of that range sounds accurate, but only based on what I've seen around here
