Also interested in this, or if anyone has info on any peer firms (e.g., Richards Kibbe & Orbe).

Lankler has a scale. I believe its 220k for someone starting their fourth year. 10k raise the next year. 5k every year thereafter. Bonus comes out to somewhere in the range of 18k a year. Sorry I can't speak to earlier years.

Oh wow thanks: didn't realize the pay was so far below market. Are the hours requirements substantially lower?

Also just browsing the websites it doesn't seem to me that Richards Kibbe is a peer firm- the assoaciates at Lanklee seem to be significantly better credentialed.
