Bradley Arant Nashville Pay Scale
I'm trying to find salary information for associates at Bradley Arant's Nashville office. I'm hoping to lateral to Bradley Arant (or another Nashville area firm) in the future and info about the Nashville legal market has been pretty sparse.

Bradley first years in the Nashville office start at $120k. This is the same at Bass, not positive about Baker, Waller, or others. As a seventh-year associate at either Bradley or Bass, you'll be at $170k. I think there are some differences in the year-to-year jumps between Bradley and Bass, but not sure and would guess they're minor as you start and end at the same points. Not sure about the other firms. Good luck!
