My 2L summer firm never gives out offers to "summer associates" for the last three years, including my summer class. It's a small boutique law firm.
On my resume, which title would be better - law clerk vs summer associate? The firm used both titles but I am afraid that "summer associate" might indicate that I didn't get an offer from my 2L summer firm, which isn't technically true. Would it be better to state law clerk on my resume, instead?
