Do any people who have successfully lateraled have any tips for lateral interviewing with a heavy case load? Trying to move to another market, which means travel will be required.

I'm looking at markets across the country. I plan on scheduling Friday/Monday interviews and just saying I'm sick (or taking personal days/vacation days).
