My apartment in Beacon Hill is for rent from 6/1 to 9/1 (some flexibility on either end). One of the 2 BR will be furnished if you want it to be. Beacon HIll is walkable to all the firms and is definitely one of the best neighborhoods in Boston.

I'm moving but staying in the neighborhood--about three block away. If you move in early, you get to live with me and my labradoodle. She's awesome.
There's no broker fee either...my broker's just listing it early for me because I had to move bc my roomie is leaving--she's a prof and her gig's up in May. That's about it. Hope you have a good summer!
