I haven't seen a thread on here about opportunities in Long Beach, CA. How are they?

Currently work in long beach. I'm too junior to "know the market" but based on my observations, seems like it's mostly smaller shops here. Not really sure how the market is overall but i do see openings every now and then for an opening in Long Beach.
