Is reneging in the lateral process post signing of K plausible? Will it F me over to lateral to different firm in different city?
The place I am thinking of reneging on is small non-legal business.

You have a K? Not sure what you signed but generally those papers are as legally binding as a dvd cover. At will employment is the game. They can hire you and fire you the next day because the equity partner saw that your hair was too long. You can quit right away too but they will make it a big deal because.... we'll theyre the shit and how dare you.
