lol this is the worst test ever. There is literally no way any of these questions correlate to the traits they're seeking. This looks like a test some partners designed instead of hiring experts or paying for a Myers-Briggs subscription.

The only way I think this would be useful in law firm hiring is if the interviewer were to go over a few of your answers with you to see if you're willing to litigate, tactfully and without losing your composure, the fact that the assessment is garbage.

They've done a good job of that without this test. They're obviously upset some normies slipped through the cracks.
