What are the exit options if after a few years of big law I work for a reps and warranties insurance company where my job is to review due diligence conducted by other firms and help analyze risk? I would become an expert in representations and warranties, is that useful? Marketable?
Title would be underwriter counsel and it would technically be a job one could do without a JD
