How do you stay focused at work billing and how do you take breaks?

All day I'd do some work then look at my phone x 100. What do you do to stay focused?

Yep nothing makes me focus like a deadline. It's also helpful for me to work at night. Less new emails and assignments, and the prospect of going to bed sooner if I get my work done helps me focus.

well naturally i just think of clause 9.2 and the way it works with 7.6; it puts me in the zone at 3 am when i'm up all night drafting a contract
