After graduation, I'll be starting as an M&A associate at a ~300 person firm in my small secondary market.
What are my exit options going to look like?
Will I need to lateral to a big firm in a major market if I want to move markets? Will I be able to move to a major market firm?
Are there non-legal options available for me?
