Should take the bar again for transactional?

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Jan 19, 2017 10:03 pm

I am admitted to the UBE bar. If I want to practice elsewhere, say CA or IL that do not accept the UBE, does the firm usually ask you to take the bar in that jurisdiction? Corporate transactional.

Any input would be appreciated!

I think this is just a pretty good "transactional attorneys aren't really attorneys" joke but I'm not totally sure.
