I can't remember exactly what it contains, but the Judicial Yellow Book lists contact info and may be what you're looking for (see if your school's clerkship office has a copy/online access). I don't think you'll find what you want in the Almanac of the Federal Judiciary (Westlaw) but you might also look there to be sure.
