When I give interviews (NYC big law), recruiting nags me if I wait more than a few hours to fill out the evaluation. I pretty much always have it filled out within an hour or two of the interview. There is absolutely zero chance that I would go back and change my evaluation just because you sent me a nice thank you email. Also zero chance I would change just because you failed to send me a thank you. But if I got 8 copies of the same thank you email, or one copy that was riddled with typos, wrong name, etc., then that might make me change my opinion. I would at least forward it to recruiting with a lol.
We don't have a lot to go by, especially for summer associate spots. Stupid mistakes like this are going to stand out.

Lol really...? It is quite obviously a glitch and not a "stupid mistake".Anonymous User wrote:When I give interviews (NYC big law), recruiting nags me if I wait more than a few hours to fill out the evaluation.
