Are people that are confirming the 140/150k figure in NYC or elsewhere? this number seems far higher than I would've expected for first years

No word. But I heard the PWC raise resulted from associates banding together to demand a match. Deloitte and KPMG folks should consider doing the same. Power in numbers, guys.

Word is PWC grossed up current associates. And EY indicated they would do the same.
