Has anybody obtained an SA w/ this firm at this location? If so, what are your grades like? I would really like to work at this firm as it seems to be a good place to work however, I am worried about my grades this fall semester. If I do not obtain the position this summer, what are the chances of me being hired as a 2L with improved grades?
I am originally from the Nashville area and I go to a T-25.

Are you a diversity candidate? Is your t-25 in Nashville or Chicago area?
Regardless of these answers, your chances are close to zero for 1L summer. And not a heck of a lot better during OCI without strong 1L grades and a lot of luck.
Also, spend your time studying for finals, not worrying about a single firm/office.
