I applied to an in-house spot over the summer, got an interview, but didn't make it into the final round cut. I was looking online and saw that the same company had posted the same opening again, a few months later. Not sure if this is a new spot or if the person they just hired is leaving for whatever reason.
But anyway, is it ok to apply again so soon after being rejected?

Worst case scenario is they don't look at your app and you never hear back. Best case is an offer. I'd go for it.
