In the Bay Area or LA, are there many mid-sized law firms that do corporate transactional or opportunities for inhouse at a startup?
In my state, most small/mid-sized law firm jobs are insurance lit/worker's comp lit/personal injury/real estate/bankruptcy stuff. Is this trend similar in the Bay Area, too?
