Should I inform firm I interviewed with about internship?

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Oct 06, 2016 2:43 pm

Earlier this week I had a CB with one firm and a screener with another, and today I got an internship position with a government agency (DOJ/SEC) for the spring semester. Is it okay to shoot the recruiters an email informing them of the internship, in hopes that it will improve my chances at getting an offer?
