SLIP interview style?

I have a SLIP interview coming up, and was wondering about interview style. Is it a casual conversation like biglaw interviews, or more substantive? What kind of questions are there?

No idea about the interview style but what section(s) did you get chosen by?

Mine was more like Biglaw. Similar deal in that your interviewers are not HR professionals and aren't given much instruction on how to interview. Different individuals will have different approaches.
