Post Callback Advice
So I CB'd with my dream firm two weeks ago. I emailed them last week (following a previous SA's advice) notifying them of an offer I had received and that I would much prefer the dream firm. Problem is, it has been a week now since that email and they have not replied at all. Should I wait a bit before I call or email again?

You should wait to contact them again until your other offer is closer to expiring.
I'm sorry, but you're likely getting dinged by the other firm. Just mentally prepare yourself to accept the offer you have, and any good news from the other firm will just be the cherry on top.
