3L with OCI job interview for full time job... nervous

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Sep 20, 2016 11:36 pm

A 3L at tier 2 school who finally got an interview at a mid law, defense litigation firm with a solid rep. The interview should be 20-30 minutes.

I'm desperate to do well in this interview so I can get the job, since I'm a 3L with mediocre grades and no other interviews or offers lined up.

I'm clueless about how to prepare for these sorts of interviews (please don't make fun of me, I don't have time for it... just give me advice so I can get this job). I don't know what to do. How do I go about preparing myself for an interview like this?

The expertise the firm has (what the firm is known for) is an area that I don't have a background in. How do I spin it so I can sound like a viable, strong candidate?

Please help.

 :| :(
