Anybody have one of these threads tagged/can link below? Obviously i'm horrible at searching bc first 10 pages got me nowhere.

Specifically looking for advice re corporate gigs at biglaw firms. Thanks in advance!

Our first year associate is way too enthusiastic. Says hi every time I see him. Told me how much he's enjoying the (inane) I assignment gave him. I loathe him.

Hijacking the thread a little bit, but how do you approach the question of why you're lateraling as a first/rising second year? It seems hard to come across as genuine without saying anything negative.
