Fried Frank DC Behavioral Interviewing
Anyone had a CB with the DC office and can give insight on how the behavioral interviews are? Is it all behavioral questions or just a few? Any specific tips or examples of questions to be prepared for would be appreciated! Thanks!

Not at the DC office, but I interviewed and summered at the NY office. I don't recall a single behavioral question being asked.Anonymous User wrote:Anyone had a CB with the DC office and can give insight on how the behavioral interviews are? DC recruiting specifically told me to prepare for behavioral questions. Hope you enjoyed your summer experience with the NY office!Anonymous User wrote:Not at the DC office, but I interviewed and summered at the NY office. I had a callback interview with the NY office earlier this cycle. I don't know about the DC office, but can say it was my only callback with behavioral questions. They were the basic/predictable behavioral questions. Tell me about a challenge you faced, etc. I wouldn't be too worried. I wasn't asked anything where I didn't have a stock answer more or less prepared.

Re: Fried Frank DC Behavioral Interviewing
Had a callback with the DC office recently. Each interviewer has a specific behavioral aspect they are supposed to look for. But really, my callback was like any other callback, except at the end of each one they were like "oh yeah, before I forget, I have to ask. What was a challenge you faced and how did you handle it?", or some other behavioral question.
