MNAT Callback to Offer
Anyone know the timeline on Morris Nichols callback to offer? Any intel/experience out there on this? Anyone know if there is a hiring committee and if so which day they meet?

I think they generally try to make decisions pretty quickly. I know of people (in the last two years at least) who received offers either at the end of their callback interview or the next day. For me, I received my offer the next day. There is a recruiting committee but I'm unsure of what day they meet.

Seconded the above, last year they were giving out offers on the spot or shortly after the interview.
However a few years ago I know some people got offers as late as 4 weeks afterward (I don't think their yield is that great so don't give up hope if you don't hear back right away, you could be in the second wave).

This is all true. Some people had to wait a while, a few get one on the spot after a call back, and others get it probably within a week of the callback. Just keep hustling.eastcoast_iub wrote:Seconded the above, last year they were giving out offers on the spot or shortly after the interview.
