Has anyone heard from Latham more than 2 weeks after their callback? I did a callback around August 10th and haven't heard anything since. Am I in the grey zone of a waitlist or is that essentially a ding considering it's been roughly 3 weeks now...

Pircher generally only hires one or two summers. They likely won't make a decision until everyone is interviewed.
