Just got offers from all three, liked them all and could see myself fitting into all their cultures. Thoughts?

These are not comparable. Jones Day's shitty pay makes it a non-starter. Pick one of the others.

Jones Day Chicago doesn't really have much of a corporate practice anyway (yeah, yeah, One Firm Worldwide, whatever). I'd go with Sidley here but you can't go wrong with Latham either.

Pick Latham for PE and Sidley maybe for public company work? I would investigate further regarding Sidley's insurance group. I get the feeling they push a lot of people into that group and its a little different than a normal corporate group. Can't go wrong either way I would venture.

For real estate, I think Sidley is probably the answer at the moment. But from what I understand Latham somewhat recently brought on some Kirkland real estate partners (who brought some of their associates) so they may be trying to grow this practice more... I'd investigate more, that's all I know.

avoid latham after what they did years ago (laying off junior associates in huge numbers).... bad sign in a firm and not the place you want to be. I'd go with Sidley or JD, probably Sidley
