How to ask about COLA?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Aug 24, 2016 8:28 pm

Targeting London/HK market and lucky to have a few offers at hand. Is it appropriate to ask about COLA with the recruiter? Or should I set up a phone call with an associate and throw in the question in the middle of the conversation? I find it a bit awkward to do either way. Hope firms can be more transparent about their cola package..

If you have an offer I feel like it's definitely fair game

This is something for recruiting to handle. Talk to them. You have the offers, now the ball is in your court.
