How to ask about COLA?
Targeting London/HK market and lucky to have a few offers at hand. Is it appropriate to ask about COLA with the recruiter? Or should I set up a phone call with an associate and throw in the question in the middle of the conversation? I find it a bit awkward to do either way. Hope firms can be more transparent about their cola package..

This is something for recruiting to handle. Talk to them. You have the offers, now the ball is in your court.Anonymous User wrote:Targeting London/HK market and lucky to have a few offers at hand.
