No Skadden? Lit department is full of connected partners.

Really depends on the current AUSAs and where they came from. Doubt one firm has a real edge.

Yeah, I've gotta say, it's crazy to not have Skadden on here; its' size and the amount of partner facetime one gets, coupled with the incredibly connected lit partners they have, should put it way up there (as but one example, Pat Fitzgerald, former U.S. Attorney.)

(anon b/c I'm at one of the firms above but have experience at Skadden Chicago).

I don't understand all the votes for Kirkland; I feel like that's just the TLS gut-response for Chicago by people that don't really know Chicago beyond general impressions.

I would say Jenner, Sidley, or Mayer Brown are all just as promising for an AUSA career. People saying KE over e.g. jenner, defend the choice?
