I'm sick this morning (mild stomach issues, but very distracting) and I have a callback this afternoon.
Is it better to reschedule at the last minute, or go sick? I'm not going to be at my best, but I think I can do a decent job of being normal for 2-3 hours.

suck it up and go in, unless you're worried you'll puke right there during the interview.

If you can be decent that implies you're not too sick. In that case, go in.
If you're visible ill, I wouldn't do it.
