How many MMs do you send out usually? I did about 10 on-line apps, and have about 10 emails to send out tomorrow morning. I did these this weekend. Is this amount (20 in a weekend) low? Do others send off like 50 in a weekend? Trying to get some data here so I can know if I'm on track

I know it pales in comparison with the TLS standard, but I've never been able to churn out more than about 25 in a weekend.

Re: MM
roughly 300 in a weekend between online apps/emails is not too hard. Just get NALP lists for target markets and go down the list, follow up by going down every 180 firm on ATL, then go to martindale after you've hit all your target firms. Easiest thing to increase apps is when firms allow one app for multiple locations online, hit all the locations. Also just go read the OCI instructions post and how to mail merge and you'll be set.

Re: MM
what really slows me down is when firms have portals, AND request a cover letter, where I have to go into my CV, put in their address, firm location, save as pdf, upload, etc

That will slow you down some, but shouldn't be too difficult still. its a long process. How many hours did 20 take you? MM becomes a full time thing. 8 hours a day until you have something should lead to hundreds.

20 takes like 2 hours.. after I go on martindale and select like 50, I go to their website, and see if they even do SAs, because many do not. That takes time. It also takes time to copy/paste my cv into the email and change the firm name. Also takes time going through online portal
