I recently got a CB for a non-Texas Susman office. I know it's not a typical summer etc. and there are very few positions but I was wondering if anyone could speak to (a) any oddities of the callback process for the firm and (b) what the callback:offer ratio is like?
Susman (as much as a mandatory-split can be) is easily my top choice so I am very interested. Thanks.

Re: Susman Hiring
Had a CB at a non-TX office recently. Like you, I think they are fabulous and want to go there (even more so after visiting). I buy in to the hype.
The callback was very similar to others. They were all fairly laid back and really great people. Very socially adept crowd that speak well and can carry a conversation. I would definitely prep a question about each person's work--if they also give you a list--namely bc it's really interesting discussion. Also standard stuff too, but I got more into the substance with some of them than in other interviews elsewhere.
The only oddity is that they vote on everyone by committee as to whether they give you a summer offer (goes along with the whole egalitarian one vote culture). So, you won't hear back until they've interviewed everyone, unlike at a lot of firms that give in the spot offers or next day. But, depending on when u interview, it could be sooner relative to others like me that interviewed early in the month. A guy I talked to who got it last year said it took forever and was the last firm he heard from.
Not sure about offer ratio. But at least at my HYS they didn't invite that many people who interviewed back to the CB stage (an already small self selected group). I'll bet the odds are pretty good if you do your homework; but I'm speculating. Obv where you are with grades and whether you have a clerkship lined up will factor in, but if you got the CB you are likely good to go on that front.
Good luck OP!

Thanks for this, good luck as well! I haven't even scheduled mine yet but am relieved to know that it isn't a problem going later. I got mine from MM so am a little worried about how few schools they do OCI at.

^ to be fair, that's just what they told me. If there is a particularly late interview, maybe they would vote on the others to get a sense of their needs. But that's mere speculation.
That being said, I don't think timing is going to be the main factor. If you are a great candidate on paper and in person, I'm sure they will make room!
