CB Interview with Hiring Partner?
Is it common for one of the interviews in a CB to be with the Hiring Partner? During my past few CBs, the Hiring Partner of the firm was not on my list of interviewers. What was strange is that at today's callback, there were 7 candidates doing interviews, and not everyone had the Hiring Partner on their list. Is there any particular reason for this?

Probably depends on the firm. Some firms try to get everyone to very briefly meet with the hiring partner, others try to get everyone to meet for a full interview with the hiring partner, and others still make no effort like that at all.
