Small Summer Class Size--CB and Offers
Generally, do firms that take fewer people for their SA class and that give far fewer CBs have higher CB to Offer rates?

Theoretically. Lower CB rate=higher CB--->Offer rate. But it's not really possible to know w/o knowing which firm in particular and their history.
