Can I reject a firm?
I interviewed with a firm at OCI -- and I didn't really like both screeners. I still haven't heard back from them, but I wouldn't accept the callback either way. Should I reach out to recruiting to tell them I'm no longer interested?

Yes you can, it's better to cut your losses than to wait for the ding.

Do you have an offer? If not rejecting a CB because you discovered you didn't like the screeners in 20 minutes sounds dumb.

It sounds like they've rejected you if you haven't heard back at this point. Just let it go and move on.Anonymous User wrote:I interviewed with a firm at OCI -- and I didn't really like both screeners.
