I have no idea where Symplicity leads to but I've always thought that that stood the best chance of being noticed because it's more exclusive--the other 2 methods are available to any schmoe who can access the internet.
I try to do all 3 to cover my bases and ensure that my app goes thru. On the other hand, I'd imagine that if I were an HR person who got 3-4x the same application from the same person, I'd delete all of them because that's just desperate.
