How is your salary related to your billing rate? Does firm assign your billing rate based on seniority? Or is it something that varies based on customers?
How is your bonus related to your billing rate?
How does firm decide bonus or not and how much? Beyond meeting minimum Hours?

Not really that related. Salary is generally uniform across the firm while billing rate tends to vary by office (e.g. NY is higher than San Diego). If your firm has lockstep compensation, the billing rate tends to go up each year with your salary and at the same amount as the other people in your class. Different clients may get discounted rates depending on what they negotiate with the firm. How is your salary related to your billing rate? Does firm assign your billing rate based on seniority? Not really related. Bonuses are generally higher as you become more senior, just like your billing rate, but the bonus isn't really based off your billing rate. How is your bonus related to your billing rate?
Biglaw IP and those good IP boutiques generally follow market with respect to bonuses. How does firm decide bonus or not and how much? Beyond meeting minimum Hours?
Not that different. Fewer prosecution positions in biglaw since its not that profitable. Clients probably more likely to get a discount. How is IP prosecution different from the answers above?

I've noticed like 15 IP related threads in past week with an OP that asks like 5 questions in each ( with this week being around Loyola's conference) by anon users. I'm guessing it's by the same aspie person.
