Texas Firm CB
So, I had a screener from mass mailing a Texas firm that pays market. It was with four partners, and it went well until the wifi went out (this was a video conference). Somehow, I got an email just minutes after for a callback. Is this standard practice in Texas, akin to NYC? Or could this suggest a strong interest in me and a potential offer? I like to manage my expectations but an offer in my pocket sounds really attractive...

Its a call back .. nothing more, nothing less. No sense in getting your hopes up (or down). Just prepare for the firm/interviewers and do your best.
Good luck!
