Turning a CB into an offer
Have my first CB this Tuesday at a firm in my target location that I would probably instant accept if they offered. Sort of nervous because I have not done a CB before and have had no opportunity to practice. My screening interview went excellent. The interviewer went to the same LS and had many similar interests, we barely talked about school or law. Doubt I'll be this lucky the second time around. Any advice, what are they looking for?

Re: Turning a CB into an offer
They're likely looking for normal, sociable people who they would want to hang out with outside of work.
