Just an anecdote, but LA typically moves much slower the NYC. Not uncommon for it to take a week or longer for offers in LA/OC. My firm's LA office typically gets offers out between 3-6 business days after CB, but sometimes it can take up to 10 business days when things are busy. For reference, our NY headquarters usually has offers out same day or next day.

If you're concerned, can't hurt to mass mail, but don't freak out just yet.
