Got a Perkins Coie "further reviewing" email 2 weeks after screeners. Unfortunately, I replied with "I thoroughly enjoyed talking to [sceeners names], I look forward to hearing from you in the future." Is that actually a grammatical error not including an "and" after the comma or straight up doing a period? I don't know why my grammarly, word, and a couple of other sites didn't catch that. Nearly punched myself in the face as I reread 20 minutes later.

Not a problem per se, but still, makes no sense to send it. That's an e-mail that may have been sent to 40+ applicants.
