Mass mail. The CB was in early August, and it took about 10 days for the rejection email.

They don't send out rejections for OCI screeners apparently. If you email the recruiting contact for the office you applied for, they will let you know if you've been dinged from your screener.

I emailed Patterson on Tuesday and was told that the results would be out "by the end of this week." At this point I'm assuming a snail mail ding, though

Perhaps. I haven't heard anyone here talking about hearing back and seemed like quite a few were waiting. And no snail mail dings in my mailbox yet!

Hey, how late is it now to mass mail large firms?

I haven't even heard back from the firms that posted 3L hiring and now I realize that it's October already.

I mass mailed a bunch of firms but ALL of them say that they completed their 3L hiring. Oh well....

Anyone have any advice or experience on accepting your 2L summer associate offer for full time employment while still continuing to look/contact other firms about openings throughout the year? Basically securing the offer you have but possibly reneging if something else came up.

Thanks for any input.

The advice that I received from my career services office was to transition to medium sized firms in your home state or any market where you have notable ties. They might take a while to respond but there's a solid chance that something turns up once they determine their needs moving forward.
