Hey, title speaks for itself. Has anyone ever had to meet outside counsel as part of the in house interview process? Any tips?

That is a little weird unless you are applying for a staff attorney position and will work with a particular caseload. Just know your resume and their practice by heart. All else remains the same as traditional interview.
